The following terms and conditions are to be kept in mind before the
finalization of tour.
1. Confirmations
All reservations and confirmations given are on behalf of Hotels/Transport
companies and Airlines or Ground Handling agents received in Writing from
Them. Travel Company is only a service provider on their behalf and acts as
travel agent. Confirmation of the services is subject to availability.
Rates are subject to change due to Airport Taxes/Government Taxes/ Visa fee
or rate of exchange or any last minute increase of hotel rates. The above
itinerary plan is tentative and may change.Kindly Take Note Package Rates
Advised With Minimum Number Of Pax If The Number Of Pax Reduced You Need To
Advise Us Again In Order For Us To Re-Quote The Package Cost Based On The
New Number Of Pax Each Time.
2. Cancellations
For any cancellations and arrangements done a cancellation fee in accordance
with the policies of hotels / airlines / transport companies will be charged
3. Responsibility
Travel Company acts only as agents for the corporate / passengers and does
not own or manage any hotel / cruise line / airline / transport vehicle and
hence is not liable for any loss, damage, accident, injury, delay, or
irregularity of any nature for any reason whatsoever for or due acts of
omission or default of any supplier.
However Travel Company will try its best to obtain refunds if any due
because of such irregularity but makes no promises.
4. Check in & Checkout
Standard check in time at all hotels 1400hrs and checkout is 1200hrs. You
are therefore requested to please inform the members traveling accordingly
An early check in & late checks out is subject to the availability of the
rooms as per the standard hotel norms.
5. Visa Requirements
* Please note all passports will be required minimum 06-09 months
of Validity of passport.
* Travel Company will process visa application for all travel
applicants and will require the specified list of supporting documents for
the same as per embassy regulations and requirement. However, Embassy
reserves the right to grant the visa as Travel Company will only act as a
facilitator.
* Visa fee is completely nonrefundable and incase of visa rejection and re
application process will be done and fresh Visa fee + cancellation charges
will be applied.
Proving visa is completely the discretion of Immigration and we don't
stand guarantee for any Visa issuance.
6. Payment Policy
Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure.
